ID help please - Thailand - Khao Luang National Park (4/8/23)

Thanks for the reply. I did see a few different babblers there - Black-capped babbler, fluffy-backed tit babbler, chestnut-winged babbler, moustached babbler, Buff-breasted babbler, Ferruginous babbler but not grey-throated babbler so that would be a nice armchair tick 😀

Hello, I took this photo at Khao Luang National Park on the Krung Ching Waterfall trail last summer. It was the only photo I could get and not very clear. Could anyone help with the species? Thanks

Baer's pochard x ?????(hybrid), 2/3/23, Namyangju, South Korea

Thanks for your help. Here are a couple more pictures of the same bird. I also notice that the white on the flank isn't as strong. Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

Baer's pochard x ?????(hybrid), 2/3/23, Namyangju, South Korea

I thought the chestnut tinge on the crown would indicate a hybrid. As far as I know Baer's only have a glossy greenish-black head.

Helo, I have this down on eBird as a Ferruginous duck x Baer's pochard hybrid but it is still unconfirmed. What kind of hybrid do you think it is? Thanks

    Crow? - 10/7/23 - Kaeng Krachan, Thailand

Hi, The angle of this photograph is confusing me. The only bird I can think of is a Large-billed crow but the beak doesn't seem right. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Juvenile Little terns? 3/7/23, Laem Pham Bia salt pans, Thailand

I was more than a safe distance away in a car using a long lens (hence the poor quality heavily cropped pictures) and I didn’t disturb them.

Juvenile Little terns? 3/7/23, Laem Pham Bia salt pans, Thailand

Hi, I saw these 2 juveniles sitting on the salt pans but not sure what they are. There were 3 other adult little terns flying nearby but they didn’t interact at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob

Hume's Leaf Warbler or Yellow-browed Warbler? 29/4/21, Eocheongdo - South Korea

I have been looking through old photos and wondered if this is possibly a Hume's Leaf Warbler ? Initially I marked it as a Yellow-browed Warbler as they are far and away more common in migration. It's the 'cold' and gray overall look that has got me wondering. The legs are dark, black bill with...
