Southeast Asia: found in Indochina, Myanmar, Thailand, Malay Peninsula, Brunei, Island of Borneo, Indonesia, Greater Sundas and Sumatra.

Habitat

Freshwater streams in broad-leaved evergreen tropical lowland forest and forest edges. Deep jungle.
