27–33 cm

Distribution

Endemic to New Britain (Bismarck Archipelago).

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

Rainforest up to around 1830 m.

Behaviour

Diet

There is little available information, but they are thought to eat small rodents.
