Description

Huet-huets and Turca are all three dumpy-shaped birds that like to cock their tails.

Pteroptochos is a genus in the family Rhinocryptidae.

SACC mentions Howell & Webb (1995) and Chesser (1999) as background for having split the two Huet-Huets instead of treating them as one species
