Asia: found in China, Tibet, Nepal, Pakistan, India, Eastern and Western Himalayas, Bangladesh, Bhutan
Southeast Asia: Indochina, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand

Habitat

Breeds in shrubby hill areas, and sub-alpine bushes.

Behaviour

Diet

Their diet consists of small insects, especially centipedes, midges, and beetles.
