  • Blackish lores
  • Pale grey supraloral line

Distribution

South-east Asia: Indochina, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Brunei, Indonesia, Greater Sundas and Sumatra

Taxonomy

Previously included in Ixodia and Pycnonotus.

Habitat

Sub-montane broadleaf evergreen forests.

Behaviour

Diet

Their main diet consists of fruit, with the addition of insects.
