- Southern South Sudan, northern and eastern Uganda, and central Kenya
- P. u. dorcadichroa
- P. u. alpinus
- Ruwenzori Mountains
- P. u. wilhelmi
- P. u. fugglescouchmani
- Eastern Tanzania
Habitat
Forests, shrubland, montanes and gardens.
