Bright yellow and grey, yellow eyering, grey beak, pink-grey legs.
Distribution
Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Jordan.
Taxonomy
Monotypic.
Habitat
Rocky areas and grasslands.
Status
Classified as Vulnerable in the 2008 IUCN Red List.1
Behaviour
The nest is built in a tree and 4 glossy, pale blue eggs are laid. They are incubated for 12-14 days, and the young fledge after 14-16 days. They often have 2-3 broods.
