Distribution
Eastern Africa: found from southeastern South Sudan to northeastern Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, and northeastern Tanzania.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Arid bush and semi-arid scrubby savannah.
