Alternative name: Little Wattlebird (but this name is now generally used for Anthochaera chrysoptera)

Identification
Similar to Little Wattlebird but with a stronger silvery patch of feathers giving a streaked impression on the side of head and neck starting below the eye. Eye is red and bill is longer than in Little Wattlebird.

South-western Australia
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species. Until recently, it was considered conspecific with Little Wattlebird.
Notice that some sources use Brush Wattlebird for Anthochaera chrysoptera and call this form Little Wattlebird.
