Distribution
South America: found on the foothills of eastern slope of Andes of Peru.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Understorey of moist tropical forests. Observed at a height of approximately 694 m.
Behaviour
Diet
They use the trap-lining method of feeding, looking for nectar and small arthropods.
Breeding
They construct a small conical nest.
