  • Blackish-brown upperparts

Distribution

South America: found in Ecuador and Peru.

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

They are to be found in the undergrowth of humid forests.

Behaviour

Diet

Their diet consists mostly of small insects, particularly beetles.
