which one could it be? Short-toed Treecreeper or Eurasian Treecreeper?

Seen in Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Singen (Hohentwiel) 06. June 2015

agree with Chris!
your bird is a Common Treecreeper. Please note:
-short, relativ straight bill
-broad and distinct whitish supercilium reaching to the forehead
-
relative long hinclaw in relation to toe.
-minor features in the wing, including restricted white tip to alula, large step in primary spacing, are better for this than for St-Treecreeper
