Evening all, Hope everyone is keeping well?
So thankfully my bird feeders are still busy with the regulars & as spring start to get closer, I’m very slowly spotting new thing in the garden.
I’m hoping come spring many of them will start to be more regular and feed
But over the last week in particular, I have had a park of great tits both fly into the tree next to my feeding station (where there is plenty of options on their food list) & even fly onto the feeders but not actually feed... is this normal for new birds to almost scout out the place for a while before actually taking any food? & becoming regular feeders?
Coukd this be to do with nearing spring time when more birds will hopefully attract to the feeders?
Many thanks
