i can't really help except it is definitely not a falcon, it's an immature Accipiter hawk, maybe African Goshawk, see e.g.

after checking pictures of very young African Goshawks, the eyering may be just good for AGH and not black enough for Shikra, also the last pic shows 6 fingers (although the inner one broken) so African Goshawk as James said
