Tundrag Bean Goose? Netherlands

I was scanning through some old photo's (winter 2010) and stumbled across this one. It was originally filed as Taiga, mainly because the elongated orange bill of the left one. However, I feel Tundra is probably more appropriate as they are not very large and most of the birds have a rather dark head and neck, much less orange and a bill that appears thicker. I would appreciate other opinions.
