Which terrapin? Costa del Sol, Spain. (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Can anyone help with a positive i.d. on this Terrapin, photographed in Benahavis, Andalucia, Spain (Malaga province)?

I suspect Spanish Terrapin (Mauremys leprosa) rather than European Pond Terrapin (Emys orbicularis) because of the yellow markings on the neck tending to resemble streaks rather than spots, but would like further opinions!
