I believe that the pictures are of the same bird since they are seconds apart, the one looks like a swift but the pairs wings are all wrong for a swift.

First picture could be pretty much everything. Focussing on the second pic I see a white throat patch and rump, seemingly a very short tail. Little Swift is my best guess.
