Dark Morph Hawk ID Help (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help with this Dark Morph Hawk ID?

Found in late June 50 miles north of Los Banos, Ca in the Central Valley.

Based upon Range, Time of Year and light Undertail coverts, I think this is a Swainson's Hawk-Dark Morph, but it could be a Red Tail I suppose?

Thoughts?
