Goshawks -Koln area (1 Viewer)

Hi there
After a recent visit to Germany i saw some birds in the Koln city area that i believed to be Goshawks. Very built up area and high buildings.
Too big for Peregrine (which we are more used to seeing in the UK cities now).
Unfortunately not much detail as view was poor due to sun rays.
Raven size came to mind but patterned wings and lighter. There were three of them quite active.

having looked since back home I can find lots of information about the Berlin Goshawks and only reference to Koln is there are populations in other cities.

Can anyone confirm this?
