Great v Coal Tit

Photo 1 taken in 2010 and photo 2 taken in 2014. Both in the south of Ireland. Are they Great Tits or Coal Tits. All assistance appreciated.

Based on the responses, am I correct in assuming that this is also a Great Tit ?

Nope, those are/that is coal tit with the white on the back of the head and 2 wing bars showing. Also, much smaller than great tits.
