From the 1st June, until the last day of July, there was a drought of birds as complete as that of rain.

Then, a welcome txt from SJMG saw me haring down and snapping the first autumn migrant ! Thank you.

At times, it was so close that I couldn't get all the bird in the frame. Neither of these shots was cropped.
