Hi Everyone came across this tree covered in what looks like web/silk on closer inspection lots of larvae, have attached the photos, Hope someone can ID them will be much appreciated,

They are probably either the larvae of the moths Ypnomeuta ? sp. or Euproctis ? sp., most likely the former. Without seeing the caterpillars you can't really get any closer.
