This was taken in southern Portugal in midsummer. It seems well marked but it has me stumped. Thanks.

seems like a sum plum water pipit to me
1- grey not brown back
2- pink not yellow breast

Agreed. On location is is most likely to be the Iberian form, Motacilla flava iberiae.
