Alpen Teton ED HD Abbe

Alpen Teton new model 8x42 with abbe prism
Manufacturer
Alpen
Just wondering if these are still outperforming the other you have ?

I also ordered a pair of tetons and have become intrigued about the abbe Koenig prism being the best of the best although these seem small to others and the diversity of so many and prices to go with them. Also ordered some DD optics 15x56 with the abbe prisms as well from optics trade but it will by a month before they get here to the states. i guess ill find out how good these alpen are when i get them. Been very happy with my MEOPTA b1 that i have 2. good day sirs and alpen.com from uk has more pics of the ocular lens of these tetons. and yes there are NO real reviews of these witch i find odd.

Sorry, just now seeing this. I still have yet to find a pair of Binos to displace my Teton 8x42. I'm thinking im going to have to make a big jump to the NL Pure or Zeiss SF But even then i don't think they can beat them by much and they are super expensive.

How did your teton purchase go? Do you still have and use the binoculars? @jlh
Thank you for posting your experience with these binoculars. There is very little information on them. I haven't been able to find any pictures of the ocular lens and eye cups. The depth of the lenses below the edge of the eye piece is of concern given my need for long eye relief. Could you post a photo showing that view?

Thank you
