Pros
  • ease of use.takes standard canon EF lenses.
Cons
  • plastic casing easily marked
i have been using a 300d for 6 months now and am absolutley thrilled with it.it is my first DSLR but i know i made the right choice.the images from this 6.3mp camera are amazing.i shoot landscapes as well and when shot at 100iso then printed to A4 it is easily comparable (if not better) than the iso50 velvia slide film i used to shoot with.the colours, sharpness contrast straight from the camera are top notch as is the very quick autofocus.the A1 servo (sports mode) has no problem keeping up with even quick flying birds.i am more than happy with the images i get from this camera and will be using it for a while to come yet.
