I have used this binoculars here in the tropics of Costa Rica, exposing them to temperatures of 8C up to 3200 Masl. or hot and humid 38C to Hot and dry topical dry forest. Performing excellent in dark or even back lit conditions withstanding salty breeze and torrential rains.
These optics are great for birding with excellent sharpness compared to those expensive big brands.
Downside: it feels a little heavy, however its something you'd get use to.
