These lenses are not serviced/repaired anymore by canon.However a company in scotland called the lens doctor services all canon lenses.Have you tried mpb.com as well?

Upgrade the lens I have this lens 100-400mm mkii & on the 7dmkii it rocks.I have the 80D also & it does not track anywhere near as good as the 7D mkii.
