Odd BHG Slimbridge England

Saw this assumed BHG at Slimbridge on Monday, bird also there Tuesday. Awful photos but you can see why this bird caused some alarm with that bill and lack of full hood that all the other gulls had!...

Bank Holiday weekend in Skye

Am planning a trip to the Skye area from 25th to 28th August. Would like to see both Eagles, Black Guillemot, LT Duck, LT Skua, Willow Tit etc any advice on sites would be appreciated!

Brown Warbler Otmoor Oxford

Took this photo two weeks ago while dipping Puple Heron (AGAIN), bird caught my my eye as it was very brown, guessing its a Chiffchaff but worth asking the question.

Are the legs actually that dark or is it because they are in shadow? looks quite 'clean' underneath and the pp looks ok for willow warbler but the legs worry me?
