Spotted waxwings sitting on a TV aerial on 35 Barn Owl Walk, off Stamford Rd, Stourbridge. Trekked through snow back home to fetch my binoculars. 14 of them, at 3.30 p.m.

Thanks for your help. I went down to the lake yesterday pm but couldn't see the barnacle goose. It must indeed have been passing through. It looked very relaxed amongst the canada geese.
