it's not as easy as it looks but i tend to see a 4cy herring gull here. problems are the time of year and with it wear of immature feathers, ongoing moult and not the best resolution of the pic....

pic 1 in post 1 is the best pic to see primary tips and tertial tips (without being able to measure tertial length). but primaries definitely look short.
