Red Kite again today, over Honeycombe Wood on the outskirts of Sherborne. There were reports elsewhere of there being 5 of them over the Boyshill area near Sherborne at the weekend.

The Starlings have been taking the rotten bits out of the centre of the well pruned pampas grass for their nests. I suspect that a couple of pairs are using under the tiles of our neighbour's roof...
