Small wader, Tollesbury Wick NR, Essex. UK

A small flock of 12 waders on the waters edge consisted of 4 Dunlin, 7 Ringed Plover and a smaller bird. As always any help on identification is greatly appreciated.

Well, it took a while but it seems both birds were ringed at Beltringharder Koog on the north-west German coast in June 2017. Apart from one being reported there again in July 2018 no other sightings...
