It was an awkward view at the time. Looking up and birds never sit the right way for their photo shoot!

Last Monday 8th April) in kings area.
Warbler? Stuck on this one. Nothing seems to match the colouring on the flanks or if it does the eye strip does not fit. What am I missing?

looks like the Cranes have settled at the reed bed area near the A14/Quy roundabout (Little Wilbraham fen?) I first saw them on the 28th, then again on the 1st September.
