Beetle ID please

Can somebody please point me in the right direction as to the id of this beetle.
Taken yesterday in a Worcestershire woodland. The beetle is on an Aspen leaf and is about 7mm long.

Is this Magpie Inkcap?

Apologies for the poor photo (taken in a Gloucestershire beechwood in deep shade with my phone) but is this likely to be Magpie Inkcap? It had black gills that appeared to be deliquescing....
