Bird ID Taman Negara Malaysia

Both pictures are taken in Taman Negara NP in Malaysia. Lowland forest.
The first one is probably a small babbler and the second one seems a bulbul to me. But which species....

ID Help birds Guatemala

Can anyone help me with the identification of these 2 birds? The pictures were taken at Finca Ixobel in eastern Guatemala. Is the flycatcher a Tropical Pewee?

Can you explain why it's a Brahminy Kite and not a Pallas's Fish Eagle? The secundairies (underside the wing) are dark. which doesn't fit a Brahminy Kite. I have some more pictures if necesary.

ID third species Cambodia

Here are the pictures of the third species in Cambodia which I could not find in my bird book...
It was seen in an agricultural area near Siem Reap in Western Cambodia.
