ID in Kent just before supper

Please help me be certain these are Parasol mushroom, Iíve got a slight doubt with the texture on the stem. Itís rough and ever so slightly snake skin like.

The veil moves freely on all of them....

This was my first visit, the Lapwing spotted it before me which helped.

She was working hard for a good hour. Often flying within 50metres of the Sportsman.
