I'm not doing the bird count in that area, but we do have a hawk there just two weeks ago that is not a red tail.

That's a surprise. I did not realize there was any difference in the Eastern part. I will go out in May, and other than spring yellowrumps, I expect to see Nashvilles and Yellow warbler first.

I think the reviewer has seen all possible red-tails state wide. It was one of them birds that "could be something", that is why I took a picture, in migration.
