Hummingbird with strip in Nevada, USA

Saw this hummingbird at the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve.

It looks different than other hummingbirds we've seen there, usually we see Anna's, Costa's, and Black-Chinned.

Vireo Identification Help Nevada, USA

Hello,

We saw this vireo at Overton Wildlife Management Area.

It was flying around in a leafy tree surrounded by dense desert vegetation. Not sure what kind of vireo it is, we've only seen a couple.

We saw this wren doing acrobatics and it was adorable.

Having trouble identifying it though...it looks like many different types of wrens, they're so similar!

Nevada USA Bell's, Sagebrush, or Other Sparrow?

Merlin app suggests this is a Bell's Sparrow and we see the resemblance, but when I look at Sibley's it doesn't look dark enough.

Ideas?

I'm still not very good at identifying black birds. I think one of these three black birds is a grackle, maybe two. Then the one on the far left looks like a European Starling. Is that right?

Oh I see what you mean when I search that term for that bird. This little guy was right next to another bird that was *clearly* a white-crowned sparrow, so that seems reasonable!

What kind of sparrow is this? We have some guesses, but we're pretty sure it's not a white-crowned sparrow. Not sure, there are so many kinds of sparrows and they're tricky because of juveniles...
