I am pretty sure that this is a Redhead. It shows up on any list that I use (IOC or eBird) as RARE but there is almost always at least one at Richmond Park in London. Is this really a rare...

This photo was taken on 3rd September 2017 ... does that make a difference? From my book the version of Spotted Redshank that would tie up with this would be Adult in Winter, which September is not?
