Is this a juvenile/imm Scaly-breasted Munia? Is from Cambodia, 30. January 2020. I'm not familiar with the juveniles of Scaly-breasted, Whie-rumped and Chestnut Munia which all occur in Cambodia.

Maybe a Desert Wheatear (1st winter or female)? In the second image you can see a little bit of a pale inner-wing panel. Reddish-brown ear coverts fits as well.
