    convert spectrogram to wav file?

    Generally in making a spectrogram, the phase information from the FFT is thrown out, as it isn't needed to make the image -- only the magnitudes are used. To run the inverse process and build the exact time-domain signal, you'd need to know the phases corresponding to each frequency component...
