Thank you very much Aeshna and Muppit. I have yet to get a good enough photo to confirm Armenian gull, most frustrating lol. Thanks for your confirmation on the the first two birds and I guess I will keep trying for the Armenian:) all the best] steve- bhutjoe

Hello, correction or in best case confirmation sought of my IDs of a couple of gulls and 1 tern seen in Lake Habaniya, Anbar Province, Iraq on Dec 22, 2022 at about 2pm. The lake is quite large (though drought has changed its shore line quite a bit) surrounded by desert. The birds shown were all...- bhutjoe
