    No it’s important to weigh up the options you and everyone else have been a big help thank you. Even if its just so I know there is nothing else I could’ve done. I’ll think about putting him in the other nest just don’t want to jeopardise the other chicks chances.

    There is another nest right next to the old nest but the chicks in it are much younger maybe 5-6 days old. I’m assuming its a bad idea but worth asking should I put the chick in that nest instead? Sorry to keep going on about this but I feel bad for the little guy. Thanks alot.

    Thank you, it’s just such a shame to leave it to die when it’s already gotten this far! I’ll try to keep an eye on it but I guess there’s not much I can do. Thanks again.

    Hi, I have a couple bird boxes around my house and one has had some blue tits nesting in it. They have already had one successful batch fledge but today I discovered a nestling on the floor. I waited to see if the parents would come to it but after around 10-15minutes I quickly went out there...
