    It may be a Tufted Titmouse. They have a lot of song variations. Here's a recording from Xeno Canto that sounds quite similar. https://xeno-canto.org/31003 Sibley refers to this as a song variant from Michigan: The under-appreciated variation of Tufted Titmouse songs – Sibley Guides
