    Thanks for your prompt response! I agree, it looks a lot like a Barred Forest Falcon, although it might also be a Plumbeous Forest-Falcon (Micrastur plumbeus).

    I think it looks larger than these options. It looks like a raptor to me, but I am not an experienced birdwatcher.

    Thanks for pointing this out! I've uploaded the video to Youtube, hopefully that's more user friendly: Yes, the bird seems to have long yellowish legs, long barred tail.
