    Sort-of, yes, she is. Map says ~ 1,400+ m. Not super far from the central volcanoes.

    Not 100% sure, but doesn't the thick black border to the blue on the back of the head + apparently irridescent upper tail point to Andean?

    Apart from the fact the tail looks a bit long, a reasonable fit to (male) saffron finch. Although I think it's difficult to be sure given the quality, I'm not sure what other options there are (bill is wrong for an oriole)
