Yep, those glasses pictured above are as clean as they were this morning when I refilled them. The Orioles are realy nice birds , they seem to get along with other birds just fine. Now, I have seen flying squirells on my seed bird feeder a couple of times. But I don't think they are getting the...

    Hummingbird in Panama City, Panama

That's truly a beauty. Thanks for the info. Quick story I'm about half sure you're interested in. Years ago I used to do Taxidermy. I mounted several HB's that had ran into windows and perrished. I never skinned them. I simply injected them with formaldahyde then ran a long pin through their...

Loudest bird/s you've heard at night

Years ago four of us young teens were camping on the side of the Eno River in NC way out in the forest. During the night we awoke to the awfulest sounds of very loud growling like noises. It sounded like something was attacking or being attacked. It wasn't until years later that I heard a 'Blue...

The buzzards I have seen in the USA all have a two tone colored wing on the bottom. It's very easy to tell. It's a gray and black. Almost like a stripe down the middle of the wing. But better called two tone. I posted a pic of one from the US that is very easy to distinguish. But in some...
