Can anyone help with this one please, it was about the size of a black redstart and was perching openly on a post in fields next to the road at a floating village - But Collins birds of SE Asia says noo redstart species in the area? Can any experts here help me pin down this plover please, taken on 8th Jan on the beach at Phu Quoc island, South Vietnam. Not brilliant shots I know, but I'm thinking possibly Long Billed? It was alone and didn't stay for better shots sadly! Thanks in advance for any help that people can give...- dippers

Majorca warbler - Arta peninsula
Hi everyone, I took this shot of a warbler on the Arta peninsula in Majorca at the Parc National de Levante on 13th April. It was about the size of a chiffchaff and acted in a very similar way - very restless, constantly moving. I think it might be a Western Bonelli's warbler - which would be...- dippers

The attached pictures were taken at Xscaret just south of Playa del Carmen on the east coast of the Yucatan peninsula, Mexico. They didn't seem to fit either Red-bellied or Golden-fronted woodpeckers images that I could find, but based on a previous thread here...- dippers
