    I too started by assuming the bill should be all black. However, In the (mobile) sasol guide about 3/5 photos show a pinkish lower bill. The first of the photos there shows dark centred median coverts with just a very thin buff fringe (as here). Supposedly the yellow-green "shoulders" are...
